There's already a lot of popular foodie blogs out there. I don't read most of them and don't necessarily agree with the thinking behind most of them. I also realize that if I were to take writing a food blog seriously, you'd all probably just accuse me of being a blatant rip off of Alton Brown.

On the other hand, I've rapidly discovered that it's far easier to post stuff on the web publicly instead of relying on my current system which uses slips of paper. And maybe there are some rants that I can share.

Hands down, the best foodblog on the planet.
Honey Cornbread 2009-06-22 01:17AM
I love cornbread. Absolutely love it. My mother, back in the day, would make cornbread and then my brother and I would take turns devouring it...
Herbed Roast Stuffed Chicken 2009-06-21 08:29PM
Notice how much cheaper per pound a whole chicken is compared to chicken pieces? Well, it's not that hard to roast one up and enjoy it all week!
The Gentle Art of Brining 2009-06-21 07:48PM
My notes on brining meat.
Some numbers on food 2009-06-14 05:09PM
I noticed just how much time and space on the checkout line my veggies and fruits were taking up and how compact and tiny the meat I was purchasing for the week was. So I decided to put some numbers to it...
Cooking notes and changed recipes 2008-11-08 01:09AM
My goals behind cooking are often different from everybody else's...
