Ruby integration is beginning

Ruby integration is beginning. It took a bunch of time to figure out how to manage all of the poorly documented APIs to embed Ruby.

Also, it's not actually doing anything, but I started in on the extended attribute support... This way, there's two ways to track images -- either via the IPTC/EXIF tags *or* the file system's extended attributes.

After I took this screenshot, I got the ruby integration working real well.
